About Neil Derrick

Neil Derrick is presently the Founder and Managing Director of Replete Support Services, Business Operations Consultants.  He has amassed more than 40 years of experience in the Petroleum Industry in drilling and work over operations and Human Resource Management.

He was formerly the Vice President, Human Resources at the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Ltd (PETROTRIN) and during his tenure held several positions including Operations Support Services Superintendent, Head Contract negotiations, Manager Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Senior Manager Industrial relations, Corporate Manager HR and VP Human Resource and Corporate Services.

He completed the graduateship examinations in Mechanical Engineering from the society of Engineers and is a registered member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (UK). He holds an MBA with specialization in Human Resource, a MSc in Strategic Planning, and a post graduate certificate in Research from the Herriot Watt University. He also holds a Certificate in negotiation and deal making from Harvard Business School.
