About Mr. Carlton Semper

Carlton Semper has been a member of the Rancho Quemado Co-operative Society Limited since 1985. He began serving on the Board of Directors in 2018 and currently holds the position of Treasurer.

He is a retiree of Petrotrin since 2015, after joining Shell Trinidad Limited, one of the predecessor

companies in 1974, and held the positions of Refinery Operator, Shift Supervisor, Scheduling Supervisor, Contracts Co-Ordinator, Gas Co-Ordinator, Services Supervisor, and Facilities Superintendent Fields. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Point Fortin for the past twenty-four years, being President on four occasions. Carlton is also a member of the Point Coco Agricultural Co-operative Company Limited. He held the position of Chairman of Point Fortin District Scout Movement and Second Vice President of the Point Fortin South West Chamber of Commerce.
